At Sprague Interiors, every project starts with a conversation. Before a single material is selected or a floor plan is revised, we take the time to understand your story, your routines, what isn't working in your home today, and how you want your home to feel in this next chapter of your life.

Our process is intentionally structured, with each phase thoughtfully building on the last. This creates clarity, eliminates guesswork, and ensures every decision has purpose. Rather than making hundreds of individual choices along the way, we create a complete vision for your home before construction begins, resulting in spaces that feel cohesive, personal, and beautifully connected.

Let’s Get to Know Each Other

Every project begins with an in-depth consultation where we get to know you, your home, and your goals.

We talk about how you spend your days, what isn't serving your family, what inspires you, and what you hope this project will achieve. Whether you're building a new home, renovating an existing one, or furnishing a space that no longer reflects your lifestyle, this conversation helps us build a strong foundation for everything that follows.

By the end of the consultation, you'll have a clear understanding of our process, and we'll have everything we need to prepare a tailored design proposal.

Finding the Direction

Once your project begins,

we immerse ourselves in the details.

We carefully measure your home, review the existing architecture, explore layouts, and begin developing the creative direction that will guide the project. Every decision is made with your lifestyle, the character of your home, and the way each space connects to the next in mind. This is where ideas begin to take shape and your future home starts to come into focus.

Bringing the Vision to Life

This is where the vision becomes tangible. We develop detailed floor plans, custom millwork drawings, 3D renderings, and thoughtfully curated selections for every finish, fixture, material, and furnishing throughout your home.

Rather than asking you to make hundreds of decisions as construction unfolds, we thoughtfully resolve the design in advance. This creates confidence for both you and your contractor, minimizes costly changes during construction, and ensures every detail works together beautifully.

Throughout this phase, we meet in our studio to review drawings, materials, and samples, refining the design together until it feels exactly right.

Refining Every Detail

Before construction begins or orders are placed, we present the completed design for your review.

This is your opportunity to ask questions, discuss any refinements, and feel completely confident moving forward. Once approved, the design becomes the roadmap for the entire project, allowing everyone involved to work from the same carefully considered vision.

Watching it Come Together

With the design complete, we move into implementation. Our team handles the many details happening behind the scenes, from procurement and order management to coordinating deliveries, site visits, and installations.

We work closely alongside your builder and trusted trades, providing design guidance throughout construction and ensuring the original vision is carried through to completion.

Renovations are exciting, but they can also be disruptive. Our role is to bring calm to the process, helping you navigate each stage with confidence while managing the countless details on your behalf.

Welcome Home

One of our favourite days is reveal day! Once construction is complete and every piece has arrived, we coordinate the installation of furnishings, artwork, accessories, and styling. It is the moment when months of thoughtful planning finally come together and your house begins to feel like home.
